Welcome to Clay Beach Studio! By booking a workshop, visiting our studio, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or payment.

   Workshop Bookings

• All workshops must be booked in advance through our website, via phone, or email.

• We operate only on Saturdays and Sundays, and all sessions are private for 2 or more participants.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
  
  Payments

• Payments can be made through our website using secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, UPI, or PayPal).

• All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
  Cancellations & Rescheduling

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice.

• Rescheduling can be done according to the availability of the slot within 30 days.
  
  Studio Guidelines

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.

• Aprons are provided, but we recommend wearing casual, comfortable clothing that can get messy.

• Long nails are not ideal for working with clay — please keep nails trimmed short.

• Calls inside the studio are discouraged during the session to maintain focus and studio atmosphere.

• Participants attend at their own risk. Clay Beach Studio is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that occurs during workshops.

• Children must be supervised at all times and may only attend if specifically booked in a kid-friendly session.

• We occasionally take photos/videos during workshops for social media and promotional use. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us before the session.

• All content on this website — including text, photos, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of Clay Beach Studio and may not be used without permission.

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
  
  Firing, Pickup & Delivery

• Clay pieces take approximately 3–4 weeks to be fired and glazed, depending on kiln load and weather conditions.

• Occasionally, pieces may crack or break during firing — this is a natural part of the ceramic process, and the studio cannot be held responsible for such breakages.

• Finished pieces can be collected directly from the studio once ready.

• If you choose to arrange shipping or delivery within the city, it will be at an additional cost and handled via third-party services such as Dunzo, Swiggy Genie, or Porter.

• Please note: Clay Beach Studio is not responsible for any damage or delays that occur during third-party delivery or shipping
